Less than a year ago, I decided to change my habits — not for a short-term goal, but to build a healthier, more confident version of myself. After years of struggling with cystic acne, inconsistency, and low energy, I committed to movement and mindset. Through Solidcore and heated HIIT workouts, I discovered strength I didn’t know I had. Over time, I lost 35 pounds, transformed my skin, and learned that discipline beats motivation every time.​
That process taught me balance — how to fuel my body with intention, find joy in consistency, and treat wellness as self-care rather than control. My fitness journey became more than physical; it reshaped how I view growth, perseverance, and purpose.
​It also inspired my direction in marketing. Experiencing transformation firsthand made me passionate about helping health, beauty, and wellness brands tell authentic stories that empower others to feel strong, confident, and seen.
